Amherst Early Music

Amherst Early Music is the largest presenter of Early Music workshops in North America. Before the pandemic, their focus was on in-person workshops and their annual festival. With that business model paused, Charles River Web was there to help them adapt their services to the online world. Out went the hotel reservations and in went Zoom links.

It turned out that moving online brought them a larger customer base and the ability to connect more frequently. They were selling more workshops than ever. When the people returned, they had both revenue streams. Charles River Web built an integrated platform on Drupal 11, utilizing Drupal Commerce with Authorize.Net payments, a customized shipping module, and a CiviCRM system for managing customer relations. The result is an easy-to-use, client-managed website powerful enough to run this small business's sales, registration and customer relations.
