Leaders in Civic Dialogue
The Forum Foundation is a Seattle-based nonprofit agency dedicated to improving "civic dialogue". They have developed a variety of tools and projects to help improve group discourse on matters of importance and in all settings including churches, companies, and municipal areas. One of their tools, call the Opinionnaire (tm), gathers gather's people's feeling about a topic in a manner that is more thorough than traditional surveys. Charles River Web also programmed their online Opinionnaire application.

Scientific Research Agency - Publications Database and Ordering System
The Health Effects Institute in Boston, Massachusetts investigates the impacts of air pollutants on behalf of the U.S. government and the automotive industry. Their research papers influence policy decisions at the federal level. Charles River Web converted their static publications website into a database-driven tool that allows for seamless sorting, searching, ordering, and administration. They now have approximately 300 publications in the system, each of which may have numerous associated files, such as tables of contents, appendices, executive summaries, etc.
Medford Chamber of Commerce

The Chamber's revamped website synchronizes with their internal Quickbooks membership system, creating a searchable membership listing. It also features a content management system that allows staff members with no knowledge of HTML to keep the site up to date.
Harvard Stem Cell Initiative
A collaborative site for stem cell scientists.
Charles River Web is working with the Initiative for Innovative Computing at Harvard on a project for the Harvard Stem Cell Institute that will allow teams of scientists from stem cell research labs to share their experiment results in ways that were never before possible. The current collaboration site is in development and is anticipated to be live soon.
