TimeTrade is the world leader in online appointment scheduling systems used by businesses to create new customers, accelerate the sales and service process and make it easy and fast to respond to customers. Charles River Web revamped their website for better visual appeal and developed applications to assist their customers with service integration. These applications were "button builders", so that clients could tailor the TimeTrade interface on their respective site. One of these is Drupal module, specifically for TimeTrade customers who want their scheduling interface on a Drupal site. The revamped site and the custom "button builder" applications, help TimeTrade to better communicate with, and provide services to, its customers and clients.

The graphic design was created Metropolis Creative of Boston, Mass. Charles River Web announced today that they have gone live with a new website for the Consortium for Wildlife Bycatch Reduction (www.bycatch.org), which is comprised of leading research and industry associations, including the New England Aquarium and the Maine Lobstermen’s Association. According to Tim Werner of the New England Aquarium, "Our goal for the bycatch reduction site was to greatly expand public awareness about the issue while maintaining and building upon our extensive library of scientific research. The new website by Charles River Web with graphic design by Metropolis Creative, helps us do just that".

CRW provided essential programming services for the creation of landmark project at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). As defined on their About page, "Jerusalem 2050 is a visionary and problem-solving project, jointly sponsored by MIT’s Department of Urban Studies & Planning and the Center for International Studies with the participation of Palestinian and Israeli scholars, activists, business leaders, youth and others. It seeks to understand what it would take to make Jerusalem, a city claimed by two nations and central to three religions, “merely” a city, a place of difference and diversity in which contending ideas and diverse citizenries can co-exist in benign, yet creative, ways."
